BTO VPN — Delete your data

BTO VPN is published on Google Play by Mirem. Last updated: 24 September 2026

BTO VPN has no accounts, so there is no password or email to delete. Your device is known to us only by a random identifier. You can have everything linked to it deleted at any time:

How to request deletion

1. Open BTO VPN and go to the Premium tab.
2. Find Your code (under “Give 3 days, get 3 days”) and copy it. This code is how we find your device's records.
3. Send an email to techworldirr2@gmail.com with the subject Delete my data and the code in the message.

We delete the records within 30 days and reply to confirm. Uninstalling the app also stops all collection immediately.

What is deleted

• The random device identifier and the hash of its access token
• Session history: start and end times, chosen server, byte counters
• Diagnostic reports: app and Android version, device model, connection errors, crash reports, country code
• Advertisement transaction identifiers and referral records

What is kept

If you bought a subscription, the purchase record (purchase token, product and dates) is kept only as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted. Google Play keeps its own purchase records under Google's privacy policy. Nothing else is kept.
